Most importantly I listen to my buyers about their needs and provide solutions. Through experience I am also aware that these needs may change as we go through the search process and to me that is part of what makes my job rewarding. Truly understanding a buyers needs and finding that perfect house is always best achieved by taking the team approach and really getting to know you and your life style as well as the number of bedrooms, size and other physical characteristics of the house. For that reason I start each buyer assessment with a simple wants and needs consultation.

Sell a Home
Throughout the last 15 years I have represented hundreds of local home sellers and pride myself on being able to provide selling solutions to fit any scenario. So many of my clients are referred to me from past clients and now I'm working with some of the children of past clients! I always make time to communicate with my sellers in the format of their choice whether it is in person, by phone, text message or email. My preference is to meet with you at least once a month face to face so we can catch up and I try to make myself available on your schedule.
I also still believe in showing my own listings. While no one can attend every showing, I prefer to be there whenever possible because as your agent I am uniquely qualified to sell your home better than anyone. This also gives me an opportunity to meet your prospective buyer and answer any questions they may have about the property.
